Chief Executive Officer
Simon is the Chief Executive Officer of Energy Resourcing and a management professional with over twenty years oilfield and engineering industry experience. Simon has experience with global oilfield service companies, engineering and design organisations and recruitment contracting services providers.
Regional Director - Asia
Nicole has over nineteen years recruitment management and project management experience in the resources sector. Nicole specialises in managing professional, engineering, technical and project recruitment functions whilst leading culturally diverse, high performance teams throughout global worksites, with full P&L responsibility and has proven expertise in the management of global master vendors and preferred supplier contracts for large resources Clients; business policy and procedure formulation and implementation; management of global immigration frameworks; benchmarking; workforce planning; devising recruitment frameworks and policies; attraction and retention strategies; training; organisational development plans and budget analysis.
General Manager - Australia
Natalie specializes in the management of end to end professional and technical recruitment and contracting services ensuring timely and efficient delivery whilst leading and delivering improvement projects to streamline and optimize processes. Natalie has management experience with both internal and external recruitment companies, specializing in driving international search and strategic recruitment campaigns, talent management, workforce planning and consulting.
General Manager - Singapore
Manager with Energy Resourcing Singapore with experience in management of contracting services and in-house recruitment service roles, specialising in end-to-end professional and executive recruitment. Jouchae also mentors the recruitment team to ensure the development of their technical knowledge and overall capability progress.
Operations Manager - South Korea
Kim, Korea Operations Manager, having many years’ experience in business development and project management in the Oil & Gas business sector, is leading excellent and professional teams in Korea for Business Development, Recruitment Service, Contractor Management Service and Project Payrolling Service for both Korean/Foreign clients. Kim is specialised in project management and professional recruitment services. General Manager - Thailand
Jim Casey is based in Bangkok and has over seventeen years of quality-driven professional experience in management and logistics support roles, with the last eight years specifically in recruitment management activities in Thailand and across South-East Asia. His specific experience includes the administration and management of local and expatriate payrolls and contract recruitment services for onshore & offshore projects, power plants, petrochemical facilities and large construction projects. Jim has been responsible for the management of expatriate and local teams numbering between fifteen and five hundred personnel on multiple contracts.
General Manager - Houston
Richard’s business career started out with positions in corporate accounting, audit, finance & administration followed by 20+ years of experience in the staffing industry. He is currently the Regional Manager for Energy Resourcing’s Americas Region headquartered in Houston, TX. His staffing industry career has been focused on providing work force solutions, including temporary help, direct hire, and managed staffing services for clients in the oil & gas and engineering & construction industries. He has led procurement and management efforts for International Master Staffing Contracts, held P&L responsibility for multi-site staffing operations, and managed day-to-day agency recruitment operations.
General Manager - UK
Having over 20 years’ experience in recruitment of professional staff for the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas industry, Sean has an extensive background in providing project management personnel to Energy organisations for international world class projects. This covers both onshore and offshore developments, through all phases of the project stage gate cycle. In addition the operations he has managed have undertaken all the support services (payroll, tax, accommodation, local transportation, visas, work permits, medical insurance) required to relocate project personnel through international design, construction and operations work locations. He has significant experience in providing the strategic direction, leadership, management and operational control for internal businesses working in the international Oil and Gas resourcing sector. Also in developing significant sales improvement, strong organisational structures, establishing international offices and corporate branding.
Corporate Intelligence was created specifically to support Energy Resourcing’s new strategic direction; the identification and analysis of Industry trends and communicating corporate information to and from the business is a key function. The department is also responsible for the research and development of current industry benchmarking, the publication of The Resource Quarterly as well as other initiatives such as the Energy Resourcing LinkedIn Group and Contractor Care Programs.
The finance division is responsible for delivery of all integrated financial services, including crucial payroll delivery to Contractors. The division successfully balances the needs of Contractors, Clients and Candidates on a day-to-day basis.
Contractor Management Services
As part of Integrated Services, the Contractor Management Services department offers a range of follow through services to Clients following the initial recruitment. This includes pre-employment requirements, contract compilation, immigration requirements, mobilisations and other arrangements needed to create a smooth transition for Clients to on-board new Contractors.
Quality Assurance, Quality Control
In order for Energy Resourcing to maintain excellent standards and procedures, the Quality Assurance, Quality Control department directs and controls policy. In this way, processes in Energy Resourcing’s international operations are maintained to the cohesive, first-rate standard the industry expects.
Sourcing individuals or entire teams on a short/long term contract or staff basis, Energy Resourcing offers a comprehensive global service designed to specifically address our Client’s requirements.
